Vic's - Olympia

I called ahead to confirm they had the vegan pie available by the slice. The person I spoke with was very friendly and checked with the kitchen for me, letting me know they would have a fresh one ready in about 8 minutes. I arrived just in time to snag the first two slices of what they call the Vegan Surprise. It was surprisingly delicious for about $9 total. I added a few spices to give it a bit more kick, but overall it was great—quick service and friendly staff. I ate in my van, but the outdoor seating looked lovely. There was plenty of street parking, making it easy to pull in on a Saturday evening. I give it 5/5 and will definitely return if I'm in the area again.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! It has fantastic indoor and outdoor seating options. The pizza is the best I've had in years, and it's the only place I choose for pizza. Truly the finest!

Vic's Pizza was average overall. They offered a variety of options displayed in the case, but I chose a mushroom, olive, and garlic topping since the only meat option was plain pepperoni. The sauce was acceptable but a bit bland, and the vegetables were somewhat watery and lacked flavor. There was plenty of garlic, yet I found it hard to taste; it seemed like it might have been pre-cooked or soaking, which dulled its flavor. On a positive note, the crust had a pleasing taste and struck a nice balance between crispiness and moisture. I admit I might be a bit biased since I often enjoy Waterfront Pizza in Port Townsend, which is by far my favorite.

Grabbed a large pizza to go for the first time. It was a damn good pie! Crust was even, with a crispy outer crust that tears through to a soft fluffy interior. Can't wait to try new items on their menu! *update as of 2/10/22 came in for just a slice, and everything was just as great as before! Very friendly service to boot by the staff.
