The Port Taco Truck Cantina - Olympia

We sat at the bar for drinks and appetizers, and we were not disappointed. Everything was amazing - great service and a great bartender. We will definitely be coming back more often, even though the bartender is leaving to go back home. Just wanted to say keep up the great work and service. We were not disappointed at all.

WOW!!! This restaurant is incredible! The interior is super stylish with beautiful wooden tables and booths, a spacious bar, and a kitchen housed in the body of a repurposed food truck. The service is excellent, and the food is outstanding. Every dish on the menu is delicious and packed with flavor. I can't get enough of their birriadillas, and there are plenty of vegetarian options for my husband and sister. Don't miss out on trying one of their signature cocktails - they have a wide selection of tasty drinks to choose from. Our favorite touches are the spicy rims and candy straws. Plus, their patio is perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors.

This restaurant is not a bad spot to grab a drink and a bite to eat, but the service hasn't improved at all. It's still quite slow, with staff being unengaging with customers. There were times when we felt ignored while waiting for someone to acknowledge our presence. I would give this place a 3 out of 5. The food was decent, but lacked flavor and excitement when served. The drinks were okay, but lacking in emotion. They didn't offer chips, chicharrones, or even water.

First time coming here, delicious food and a very chill vibe. Lots of different options on the menu. The chips and salsa are very different from other restaurants. I enjoyed it and I'd definitely come back!

Hospitable, the workers have very good customer service! Very clean from the entrance too even the bathroom! The make some good mix drinks and the food is definitely good takes of the drunkness from drinking all day! But everything overall was definitely off the tops.
