Dillinger's Cocktails, Kitchen Rum Room

Dillingers is an amazing restaurant in the city of Olympia. The atmosphere is really funny and the food is above the top. Chef Michael Gibson prepares delicious and attractive appetizers, meals and desserts. I added some photos, but unfortunately I forgot to take more photos because they were so good... I dug in. Yum! I recommend you make a reservation, even for the bar... it fills up quickly every day of the week.

Great drinks, food, decor and service. I suggest the whiskey sour with the white froth! If you are part of a group of six or more, add an automatic 20% allowance to your bill. It is not optional.

We made our reservations while we got tickets for a show in Harlequin. Dillingers confirmed our reservation on the previous day, but when we showed up, they could not find our reservation. Although they were very busy for a sat, they worked hard to accommodate us. They sat in the vault, which is a fun place to enjoy a handicraft drink and relax! Although it was out of the way, the service was excellent. They often checked us to make sure there was nothing we needed. Both of our drinks were very different and attractive. For dinner we had the wooden board, the crab cake and the short ribs. The whole food was great, but the short ribs limit magic! It was a fun experience that will be repeated at some point.

These people know how to make an amazing drink. They have such a friendly staff, a beautiful bar, and a large cocktail menu with the most delicious drinks!

Cool vibe! Kind of fancy with original cocktails and dishes. The place is beautiful, it used to be an old bank/illegal bar back in the days of the alcohol prohibition. They kept the old details and complemented with a vintage modern look. I have to mention that it is a bit overpriced. Go for happy hour (before 6pm) unless you want to pay 12 dollars for a drink. Try the whiskey or Rum flights.
