Cynara Lounge - Olympia

Overall, the food and drinks were delightful! The Moroccan lamb stew was outstanding, and the artisan cheese and meat platter was excellent! However, the salmon had a slightly strange freezer taste, although I tend to prefer very fresh fish.

I recently dined at an absolutely fantastic new restaurant. Our server, Tyler, was extremely knowledgeable and struck the perfect balance between checking in on us and giving us our space. As for the food – it was incredible! The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were a perfect combination. The cocktails were exceptional as well. This place has definitely become a new favorite in Olympia!

We visited Cynara for a date night and had a wonderful experience. The food was exquisite, and I highly recommend the duck—it was phenomenal! The sauce was incredibly delightful, I nearly wanted to lick my plate clean. The bread pudding was just the right amount of sweetness, making it a perfect ending to the evening. We will certainly return.
