Buffalo Wild Wings - Olympia

The service was incredibly disappointing and extremely slow. Despite having numerous staff members on the floor, there seemed to be a lot of waitresses wandering around in pairs, chatting rather than attending to customers.

I went there on a Monday night, thinking the service would be decent since there weren't any big games happening. What a mistake that turned out to be! I walked in and was informed about the gift card policy...

We visited the restaurant for lunch and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Madesyn, was outstanding—helpful, efficient, and professional. The service was quick, and we received plenty of drink refills. I enjoyed the chicken COBB salad, while my friend chose the lunch special: a burger with double cheese and bacon. He was very satisfied with his order. We also shared a ten-piece order of bone-in wings, half spicy garlic and half jerk, which were excellent choices.

We had an amazing experience at the B-Dubs Olympic location. Our waitress, Shy, was absolutely fantastic! Even though the restaurant was packed for Thursday BOGO, our service was outstanding. Shy frequently checked on us and even brought us various wing sauces along with a complimentary tray of fries to enjoy with them. Our drinks were always filled, and the food was delicious—we ordered boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, cheese curds, and kids' mac and cheese! Some of the staff looked a bit worn out, but Shy was full of energy and truly engaged with her work!
