Midnight Rambler - Olongapo

I had a great lunch yesterday. I had the fish and chips, and my friend had the burger. Both dishes were excellent!

I really enjoy the music and the prompt service from the waitresses, especially with the live band playing.

While it's not the most upscale place, it offers a charming old-world ambiance that feels very relaxed. I really enjoy the food here, especially the excellent English fish and chips served on the premises. You can choose to dine outdoors or at the bar.

I loved this bar while I was in Subic, beautiful atmosphere, live music Thursday, Friday Saturday. Nice food, Philippines and Western options. The staff is really nice, great atmosphere, all very friendly, held every night of my vacation there, often ended all night.

A local expat hangout with both Brits and Americans that plays classic rock. It has a few import beers and decent food including a Thai restaurant in back. It has a central bar, a front bar for people watching along the street, and an outside bar on the beach. There is usually a nice breeze through it, which sometimes gets filled with cigarette smoke from the smokers. The VFW meets here so it draws an ex-miltary crowd. There is pool and darts and some locals play as well. The service is sometimes slow but usually good, nothing unusual for the Philippines.
