American Grill - Olomouc

So we tried this restaurant expecting an american kitchen. Was gladly suprised that they have some Mexican things like “jarritos” typical mexican soda. And around 5-6 spicy mexican sauces. Tried the guacamole burger and was really good. Local draft Beer is also recommended.

Good grill food, good atmosphere, good oldies music (not too loud) and good local beer! What's not to like! I had their ribs, they were moist and delicious with also an excellent dipping sauce. I had the small portion, but there were still enough for two people. For the sides, I had corn on the cob and ciabatta bread that were both very good. They have an english menu if you ask, good wifi and the prices are very reasonable. I didn't try a dessert because I was too full, you get a lot for your money. Very recommended if your hotel is nearby (like the excellent Clarion in my case) or if you're waiting at the train station.

It was fairly quiet when I visited Mixture of burgers and Mexican food to choose from The pulled pork tacos were very tasty. The beer choice included Swijany which wasn't at its best Waitrose was friendly and helpful

I have seen this restaurant for years now and I had to find out if it was good if it was able to stay in business for this long. It was pretty good. They had Mexican sodas which was cool and some Mexican food. I had the classic burger since I needed to get a good baseline. I will happily say this was my 3rd favorite burger in Olomouc, 4th favorite in the world. The Radegast was kind of odd here. Maybe the keg was a bit old or something, so that's why I give it 4 stars. Friendly service and good food. I do recommend.
