LES ECOVETS Sàrl Restaurant - Ollon

We had a spontaneous visit to this restaurant, which we have known for some 20 years. Without a reservation and while busy they quickly found a nice table. The food and service was excellent and we will return with pleasure.

We had a birthday party with some friends some time ago. We were by ourselves in the dining room, well looked after by a pleasant staff, served good food and plenty of it, and enjoying the company with a nice glass of good wine :...The place is a chalet with the warmth of the wood, a nice scenery and a relaxing environment ! A pleasant meal !

Dinner with a few friends, cozy atmosphere, warm welcome. Food card is not huge (but seems to accomodate various tastes) but the quality of what is offered is top level. Good wine list and wonderful panorama! I will get back!

Reasonable menu choices, service and food ok. Location good with large outside terraces lit by the sun until late, as well as a modern restaurant and bar. Adequate parking spaces and play area.

Really worth the detour, nice hikes and snowshoeing around the area. Friendly service, and fantastic food, the terrace is gorgeous and sitting outside in February on fluffy sheepskins, just wonderful. A few daily suggestions but no "plat du jour", some slightly pricey for a mountain lunch. Suggest Salade au chèvre chard it's DIVINE
