Sophisticated and technical cuisine, but unfortunately too sophisticated and in my opinion, for not enough value added in terms of taste. A little bit simpler would likely enhance the experience. The menu (several small pieces to welcome you, then an 8 course, and the chief secret dish if you want to try it did not exactly match what was on their website, but that was not an issue. The wine list is fine, but not exciting. And the overall experience takes around 4 hours, which is far too much, as the restaurant was also half empty (I would never go there in full season!

Place is highly recommended. Believe me: you can spend fantastic time, to taste unbelievable dishes. What was amazing: choice of cheeses are limited by only local producers. But this is more then enough : they are wonderful. Be brave: get sets! Next day you can keep diet, but not the day if visit this restaurant. Super schönes Wintergebiet kann man nur wärmstens empfehlen Das Hotel rundet das ganze für eine schöne Skiferienwoche perfekt ab.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar und zeichnet sich durch ihren typisch schweizerischen Alpencharakter aus. Sie ist für Entspannung und Erholung in ihrem wahren Sinne konzipiert. Der Service des Teams ist elegant und freundlich, die Zimmer sind schön und schön gestaltet. Das Resort zeichnet sich durch Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Erwachsene aus, sowie durch Gärten, Grünflächen und erstklassige Einrichtungen.
