Not sure whether our tour company has arranged for a free dinner, or whether we live in the casa del sol boutique hotel, but is free. It was pretty good. service was great! views are amazing!

Manka is located in the lobby of casa del sol boutique hotel. it is a beautiful place, but also a little rustic. we were the only guests and Erickson was the only server. as far as we could see, he was the only staff....Our travel agent had a complimentary dinner and breakfast negotiated with our room rates. our six-headed group was presented with a menu for a four-head dinner. each curs offered a choice between two directed. I started with a tartaric acid of the local trout, which was fresh and served with dice and a thin citrus sauce. I followed with a Garbanzo-bean-fee with fenced hen and Andean-Pesto-Linguine. both were delicious. for the desert I had a tartaric acid of fresh fruits, which was very refreshing and the perfect end to a great meal. the wine list was short: two bottles, one red, one white, but both were very good. the breakfast included a beautifully presented top plate, a cut meat charcuterie and cheese, rolls and toast and eggs to order, as well as coffee and tea, juices and yogurt drinks. erickson was once again our server and he was as pleasant and patient and helpful as he had been the night before. truly, he was as excellent as eating that he served. the restaurant has a window wall that looks over the burning ulubamba river and the green mountain wall on the opposite bank.

Muy buena atencion, buen ambiente, y la comida muy rica. Super recomendado. Ademas de buenos precios muy comodos.

Estuvimos solo una noche en el hotel pero fue una experiencia inolvidable. Con la reserva de la habitación teníamos incluida la comida. Fue una cena de 3 platos excelentes, increíble no sólo el sabor sino por la presentación. Digna de un restaurante de primera linea. Era variado, de primerísima calidad y además incluía algunos ingredientes autóctonos que le daban un toque especial. Por ejemplo la sopa de alpaca. Para felicitar al chef! El personal súper amable. Me encantó también la ambientación y tranquilidad del lugar. Sin dudas el mejor lugar en Perú, y me animaría a decir uno de los mejores en los que estuve en mi vida Muy recomendable.
