Maeve's Place - Oliverea

This place touches a very special place in my heart! Not only is the food and service outstanding, Maeve is my favorite little girl. Maeve is the daughter of the owner and has Down syndrome. You will often see Maeve there going to the back, putting on herapron and contributing to this family owned business. She loves attention, so don?t be shy, say hello to her! Maeve?s food isoutstanding, and the price is no more/no less than any other place with phenomenal ingredients and taste! Everything is made toorder and they do aim to please. The service, often local kids, are so nice, beyond pleasant! The establishment is CLEAN,decorated with the cutest of miscellaneous from a dog bowl to Maeve?s skin care! And on the wall is a beautiful picture ofMaeve, with a history of ?Maeve?s Place? and mission!

The owner is really nice! There were two young boys that took care of our orders the first time we visited, and the order was late, and the macaroni was extremely salty it tasted like pure salt. The pineapple shake was watery and tasteless. The secondtime we visited, the bagel was fresh and caramel macchiato was flavorful. I highly recommend this place, but make sure to bemindful who?s making your food. And to follow up bec. The two boys forgot our orders the first time, and we waited for a longtime.

What a true gem in a place where you'd least expect it. It's like walking into a coffee shop in Europe or a major city. Coffee was amazing and the food was great. The owner and her daughter were so sweet and attentive. Don't go to Phoenicia withoutstopping by. You won't regret it.

Excellent coffee. Excellent croissants. Excellent cookies. Delicious little cakes. They have a dog menu and it is Leonberger approved. The staff and owner are all extremely friendly and polite and I would definitely return.

Stopped by Maeve?s Place while visiting the Catskills and wow! we really enjoyed our coffee. I got the nutty white chocolate latte and it was right up my alley on sweetness to coffee ratio. The barista who made our coffee was very sweet, and she evenoffered to mix my coffee for me so the espresso is mixed into the drink perfectly. I wish we had enough time to stop in one moretime for breakfast and coffee. Beautiful view with outdoor seating. Would definitely return!
