Janssen's Restaurant - Oliver

Jansens has closed down and a new, less well-known restaurant has taken its place. This turnover has been a common occurrence at this location in recent years. Let's hope that they can finally get it right this year.

If you visit this restaurant in the summer, be sure to dine out on the deck to enjoy the stunning view of the valley. Another must-try is their burger, which is delicious. They also offer a wide selection of beers and the staff is extremely friendly. Enjoy your meal!

After being disappointed by several mediocre caterers over the past few years, I was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, this restaurant disappointed with an overpriced menu with limited options and poor value. The small and overpriced beers seemed to be where they make up their profit, with a typical example being Firehall brews. At the Firehall on Main Street, you get a full pint UK style, but at Jenssens, you pay $2.00 more for a 12 oz glass. I suggest enjoying your golf game elsewhere and skipping the Firehall.
