Wendy's - Olive Branch

We and my family we to the Wendy on Hackcross the lady at the drive thru window was so rude the one in olive branch Hackcross she did it the second time rude to us my family will never go there they need to get rid of her soon I will not remend no one to go

Showed up at one wendy's on goodman at 11:30pm Placed my order want to pay for it. She had took the wrong order. Tried to make me pay for an extra item. I didn't want so I drove off, Then went to the second location on goodman roat eleven 11:35pm I tried to place an order And was told rudely that they were closed. I asked why when the sun says they don't close till. Midnight was rudely toed again We're closed. I asked for the manager she stated. She was the manager. I asked her her name had never heard another word from her!! These two Wendy's Needs to fire They're employees for their **** poor service

Foutain machine was nasty. We ask for fresh hot fries and we got whatever they had and was cold. Table's were sticky. No ketchup in pump cans .....

The sandwich was good, but the fries were cooked in old grease.

My wife and I are both veterans and we showed up there this morning for breakfast. You guys were very accommodating and we appreciate you very much.
