Papa Johns Pizza - Olive Branch

The atmosphere was okay, but customer service was good and pizza

Only pizza place in the area to have a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. Ordered pizza and wings with a requested time later of 4:30pm. The order came before 4pm, luckily I was home but everything was cold when it was time to eat. We started eating and got down to a few pieces only to see hair, that wasn't ours, baked in the pizza. There was grey hair on one piece which I thought was stringy cheese at first. Black hair on another piece that I caught before we ate it. I did receive a text asking how everything was and I responded with the issue. I waited a few days but no has responded so now I'm writing this review.

No friendly greetings, employees seem unfriendly and uncaring. Very disappointed with the overall experience. ?

Called 8/4/2023 Friday evening, I called straight into the location,Young Lady named Racheal, took my order, went over everything, and it was great, correct and all. Thank you Racheal, sometimes it is difficult to order on the phone, you made it great. Olive Branch Papa John's, Thank you and Thank you Racheal.

I placed 2 delivery orders the 1st delivery didn't bring the packets. The 2nd order the cashier HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Not cool at all.
