Ihop - Olive Branch

Typical IHOP, but I hate getting just barely warm food. it wasn 't that busy yet my butter still wouldn 't melt on my pancakes even after they brought out heated syrup. sad face insert here...

Firstly the door was jammed and very hard to open. They ran out of food. It was bad. So we left after we ordered because they didn't have most of the items we ordered after waiting 20 minutes. We waited a total of 50 minutes for a table.

Food is good. Service for personal online order sucks. Craft Road IHOP have preferences for the Door Dash, Uber Eats or other delivery app. Instead, i have to wait until all Door Dash order were prepared.

Bonnie is the waitress to have! She is very attentive!!! And the food was great! Best customer service! Clean, the food was hot thank you Bonnie!
