Chick-fil-a - Olive Branch

The service is consistently good, but since the recent completion of the parking lot construction, the wait times in the drive-thru have become outrageous. It's by far the slowest Chick-fil-A I've been to, and it no longer feels like fast food.

Halfway home, I opened it to have a fry, and they were old, cold, and extremely dry. I searched for the sauces I had requested, but none were in the bag! I had ordered and paid for a club sandwich, but instead received a regular sandwich that looked thrown together and dry. I wasn't about to waste $30, so since this was my second disappointing visit to this location, I decided to take the food back and request a refund, which takes 2-3 days! It's frustrating that they were so quick to serve me subpar food, yet I have to wait for a refund. The manager was professional and apologized, but after waiting over 30 minutes for my order, I was already frustrated having to fight through parking lot traffic to return the food. The parking situation is a complete disaster. If you park in a space, good luck getting out! The parking spots are mixed in with the drive-thru traffic, making it a nightmare. I will never go to this Olive Branch location again; I’ll stick to the Southaven Getwell location, where the food, service, atmosphere, and staff are all so much better. Olive Branch, please retrain your team!

I’ve never had a problem with my orders here. They always get it right, serving the correct item at the perfect temperature, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
