I will qualify this by saying the rating is due to customer service rather than the food.

We are giving La Factoria one star based upon the abysmal serviceOur orders were taken and when they came they asked one guest what the order was.

So disappointed as we have visited here in previous years. Service was terrible this time. The lady serving did not seem happy at all. We ordered a salad for starter and looked like it was thrown together. No oil vinegar or even plates offered! We ordered a bottle of bubbly but dumped it on our table and waited to order another bottle but could not attract the staffs attention despite the restaurant not being full. Waited over an hour and a half for the main course. Very poor pizza and dry when it finally turned up. No knife’s forks or other drinks offered. Stay away,

We booked a table here for 8pm as we liked the sea view and thought the menu looked great. We were catered for by a young lady with a terrible attitude problem. One of us asked for steak, she never even asked how we would like it. We had to go back to say, still this came wrongly done. Also, we had a bottle of wine which was warm, and didn’t come in a wine cooler with ice. She never asked us how our meal was, and more or less threw the plates at us when the food arrived. When we had finished, they never took the plates away. We sat and finished our drinks, still the leftovers were on the table. We had to specifically ask for our table to be cleared and for our bill. When the bill came, she again threw this down on the table and proceeded to give us dirty looks and made us feel unwelcome. Please do attend this restaurant. This was our last meal of the holiday, what a shame.

Should have left after waiting half hour for a menu. Came at 7.30. Starters at 8.30. 7 main meals served at different times and 2 meals missed out completely. Blond server's attitude was awful. Dark haired girl was much nicer. Not even an apology and they actually overcharged us. We had booked in advance so they should have been able to cope. Dont go if more than 2 of you !!!
