Cafe Vireya - Olinda

I ordered ice cream, but it tasted like hot milk without any ice and lacked coffee flavor.

This café has great potential, but is poorly managed and operated. The line on a Sunday stretches out the door, but as other reviews have noted, it moves at a snail's pace. The coffee itself is more than a bit haphazard. Additionally, the overall chaos in the café is overwhelming; even if the staff make an effort to clean up, there’s simply no workspace available. A well-run café would invest in training its baristas properly. They could really use some help here.

Ridiculously high prices for terrible food and rude service. Avoid it!

Worst Cafe ever. We asked for milk tea and she mixed milk with water. And tea tasted so awful like hot water. And lady over there is so rude. She wasn't even bothered when said tea tasted bad. No wonder this cafe has such negative reviews.

An absolute disgrace. Two baby cinos were served to our pre-school aged children- if they weren’t made from boiling water it wouldn’t have been much below boiling point. The poor 2yr old scalded his mouth, was historically upset, required 8 hours of icypoles, Panadol and neurofen for pain relief, a call to nurse on call, a trip to the chemist and we weren’t far from heading to ED. This isn’t our only complaint about this venue either. An absolute disgrace and I implore you to never visit. The owner has a lot to answer for with this negligent service.
