The franchise owner sits on a gold mine until the new bigger one opens the street? Let's see. I hope they get it together so that their location remains profitable after the new competition.
This place used to be pretty good, but it has now been crowned The worst Chic-Fil-A in the area. I waited in the drive thru (no exaggeration) 45 minutes for my food. When I finally got to the window, there were about 7 employees just staring at me doing nothing. The food tasted like it had been sitting for 45 minutes, fries were handed to me soggy and cold. They even forgot my sauces. I will not be retuning to this store, I would advise anyone else to drive just a little bit further to a different franchise. Nothing positive to say about this place.
Is there really anything bad to ever say about Chick-fil-A? We have had a slight addiction to it lately after not going for a couple years. (It was just too far from where we used to live) Now that one is closer to us we were making a daily lunch visit. The food is always good. We can just taste the difference in the chicken from other places. The people that work there are usually younger than 21 but very respectful and seem to be hard workers. It is actually a place I think any teenager would benefit working at for the experience training for proper customer service. We always love Chick-fil-A.
I love Chick-fil-A! Staff very friendly and order was completed quickly. The drive thru signage was a little confusing where you had to circle the building and then go in front of the people at the pickup window. I felt bad because I saw a lady pulling up to the pickup window and trying to order food. Once you're in line, there is no way to exit the line. Whoops on who designed that. This last comment is no reflection on this location. They were wonderful! I get it's a nice touch to ask for a name, but how much of a nice touch is it if you mangle a name? My name is super simple and I always chuckle at what the slip reads, it's wrong every single time.
The driving anger is crazy how long people are ready to wait for the food they love but too lazy/comfortable to get out of their safe little bubble on wheels. It wound the building twice. Kudos for loyalty
