Pound Bakery - Oldham

This restaurant should not be allowed to exist. The food is so delicious and tempting for a quick snack that I am afraid it will make me gain weight.

I had a disappointing experience at the bakery. The employee was rude, coughed without covering her mouth, and served me a pasty that made me cry. I will not be returning.

I love this Pound Bakery. Very cheap and delicious food. Service is great too. The ladies who work there are lovely.

I visited this bakery on Saturday, the 17th and purchased a pack of blackcurrant pies, strawberry tarts, and vanilla slices. I was impressed with the friendly staff and the store itself. The cashier kindly informed me that the prices of the tarts and slices had increased, which I appreciated. After enjoying the pies and cakes for our Sunday dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and delicious they were. The strawberry tarts remained fresh even the day after purchase, and my husband particularly enjoyed the blackcurrant pie. The vanilla slice I had was the best I've had in a long time, much better than a well-known bakery we had tried months ago. We will definitely be returning to Poundbakery in the future. Thank you.
