Service was excellent nothing was to much trouble, food was delicious everything was hot and all 5 meals was served at the same time cannot fault the place.

We had a lovely meal . We booked a table but it was very quiet. The staff as always are very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and freshly cooked . Really good

We had booked a table for 4 to share with friends driving from Scotland en route to London. The warning signs were there when we arrived. Having booked for 7:30 we were told our table wouldn 't be ready for another 10 minutes. After waiting in the bar area for 20 minutes we enquired when our table would be ready. A table was hastily cleared and we were seated. 30 minutes later and we asked if we could place an order. To say that the waiter had a couldn 't care less attitude would be an understatement. Food order placed we waited for our meals to arrive. 30 minutes later and no food. We asked how much longer we would have to wait only to be told at least another 20 minutes. At this point we had had enough and walked out and went to Mcdonalds. At no point was there any apology or explanation of what was going on. There were two big parties in and they clearly took a while to be served but why allow us to book a table if you haven 't enough staff to cook and serve your customers. We will not be returning.

The staff was not very friendly. My sister's mussels starter had mostly empty shells that hadn't fallen into the bowl. There were no breadcrumbs on the garlic mushrooms. My friend ordered a Long Island iced tea which was supposed to have alcohol, but it was completely non-alcoholic. If he had wanted a mocktail, he would have ordered one.
