Papa John's - Oldbrook

Overall, our experience at this restaurant was stressful, frustrating, and not one we wish to repeat due to poor management and quality. We were regular customers, but not anymore. Our last two orders were terrible; a cookie dessert was burnt and when we complained, we were told to send photos via WhatsApp to prove it, only to be argued with about its condition. We decided to give them another chance, but they messed up both pizza toppings, leaving us with two uneatable pizzas. Trying to resolve the issue took over 10 minutes of poor customer service. At first, they even tried to claim that our order was never placed. Eventually, after much hassle, they agreed to replace the pizzas, but the whole experience was far from hassle-free. We will not be ordering from this branch again as it seems the only thing we can count on is an issue with our order. It would be better to cook a meal from scratch. The service at this restaurant is excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere is also top-notch, receiving a perfect score of 5 as well.

We ordered an XL Philly Cheese steak, a dish we have ordered before. Unfortunately, this time the toppings were extremely thin, almost like eating a dry pizza base. I called the Oldbrook branch to make a complaint, but after speaking with the manager, all they offered was a 50% discount on our next order – something that is available to all customers all the time. The manager was not very professional and did not handle the complaint satisfactorily. As a result, I will not be using Papa John's again.
