Hardee's - Old Town

It's always hit and miss here. her eating is good when she gets it right and pretty bad when she doesn't. it is convenient and normally it is not too long to wait. some of the employees go beyond and beyond to make sure they are satisfied with their eating. the bonus is if you get the question (on your input) you will get a buy one one for $2. it is worth the few minutes it needs for the question.

Food was good but it just took to long to give me an order up front, when I'm the only one there and they only had 2 in drive thru

Fresh food, but very slow due to staff shortages. Nice workers. Good job. (Inside needs major cleaning, however. We refer to it as The Dirty Hardee 's when we give directions)

Asked for #7 Ham biscuit combo and was asked do I want to upsize to med or large I said no, regular was fine. After getting to window I noticed total was to low. I told the woman I ordered the combo and she said “no you didn’t” I said “remember you asked me if I wanted up size” she freaked out on me, said she can’t handle the front and the window and food, she’s all by herself. Basically had a meltdown! Shut the windows on me and yelled for the manager. I tried to explain but she was out of control yelling so I told them forget it and took my business some where else. (Hardee’s in Branford) Please tell your workers don’t take it out on customer if your under staffed, or just get another job!

Just stopped in here for a quick snack, very clean, not busy so didn’t have to wait to place an order. Not sure why Hardee’s has discontinued their curly fries since they seemed to be a hit on the menu ??‍ customer service was good and food ordered was done quickly.
