Hard Rock Cafe San Juan

The restaurant's website advertised a Happy Hour between 5 to 9, but we were informed that it was not applicable when we arrived. The menu also mentioned a 10% discount on food with the presentation of a receipt from a clothing purchase, but we were told that this offer did not apply as well. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

They accommodated our party of 10 by allowing us access to they roof area. Was wonderful! No mosquitoes (a Canadian thing). All in all we all had an excellent dining experience!

Celebrated my daughter’s 23rd birthday here and the service was excellent! Great ambiance, tasty food and fun music was an all around awesome experience.

My family had dinner at this restaurant while on vacation. Unfortunately, they were out of many items on the menu. The atmosphere was lacking the usual vibrant energy, music, and memorabilia that Hard Rock is known for. To make matters worse, the TV in our booth was not working. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Excellent. I went to celebrate my birthday and it was very nice.
