Otr Old Reynella

Eight people waiting in a queue to pay for what might total eight hundred bucks worth of fuel... and the poor overworked sod behind the counter has to distract hisself for five minutes to construct a two dollar hot dog... !!! This place is screwed...

@Josh and Waz Mount I completely disagree with you review. The dog wash is brilliant. My canary loves it, especially when the warm water is on. The service is eggceptional and definitely recommend.

Great coffee and service. Well done to Chelsea, Eli, Justin, Keiron, Cathy and Mandy. As a regular, they are just always amazing at greeting me. A credit to the store.

Came in around 12:20am on my way home from a night out with friends. Stopped in to grab a coffee for myself and a friend. Placed the order on the OTR app, walked inside and chatted whilst waiting for our coffee's. The lady employee on the night not only made our coffee with her phone out which ended up burning my friends coffee due to lack of concentration. She insisted I placed a dirty Chai order and not a Chai Latte whilst I double checked the order receipt and it was a normal Chai Latte w/almond milk. We were polite the entire visit in this OTR although disappointed upon leaving. Would of asked for it to be remade although my friend insisted I leave it alone and just leave.

Was the worst dog wash i’ve ever been to. Dog nearly jumped out of the tub. Don’t even have head chains on one of them. Get some better tubs and I don’t recommend never coming back again!!!!
