It is a typical Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' donuts combo. Although when I was there in July 2023 the service was extremely slow. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I normally will not leave a one star, but this review entails numerous visits to this store. While traveling to see my son in Nashville, each day for the last week I have gone to the store to get my coffee in the morning. I use the mobile app so that my coffee would be ready when I get there. First it started that they didn't have any caramel for several days. Then, four of the 7 days my order wasn't ready. They seemed very short staffed and customers were waiting for a long time! It's very disappointing since this is the one closest to me. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, today I waited for 12 min in the drive thru!!!!!
