Papa Johns Pizza - Old Ellicott City

I went to pick up my order and the entire store was empty. Not a single employee was anywhere for 15 minutes. Eventually a gentleman came out of the back office after I had to walk behind the counter and knock on the door. On top of that EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY GOT FOOD POSIONING FROM THE PIZZA. NEVER EATING AT PAPA JOHNS

This was the worst pizza experience I have ever had with Papa John's. I will never be ordering from them again. I paid $35 for a pizza that was barely cooked and all the toppings were falling off in the box. I couldn't even pick up a slice without it falling apart. When I called to complain, the manager said it happens and I should have requested the pizza to be cooked well done. I will not be spending any more money at Papa John's locations. I wish I could give this location and brand zero stars. It feels like a rip-off at Papa John's.

Delicious and fresh, the crust was perfectly crispy, and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place for a great pizza experience.
