Chick-fil-a - Old Bridge

The staff was nice, but the breakfast burrito really just wasn't very good.

Worst service in a chick fil A. Food was cold, they forgot two items. Went back twice and they screwed up the order. Don't go there. Or check your bag with them and don't leave till they get the order right.

The food was good and service was quick to get our food and drinks out. It was nice to eat inside and was great overall. So I love chick-fil-a the food is great my issue with this old bridge location is the service more times than not when I order they for take out or pick up i am missing one of my orders. The first time it happened I was already home when I realized they forgot to put in my daughter’s milk from her kids meal. Another time they forgot my chicken strips. Thankfully I checked my order at the register before I left so they were able to give to me. They definitely could improve on their controls process so that the staff doesn’t miss any parts of the order. So my advice to always check your order before you leave.

Can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A! The staff is always so helpful and kind and the food is amazing!
