Burger King - Old Bridge

Terrible. the debt is mainly due to the administration. the amount of time I have seen, a bad minimum wage worker must run the whole restaurant by themselves during a night speed is amazing. either they are extremely underoccupied, or the management simply does not care about their employees. admitted, these experiences were months ago, but the fact that it ever happened is terrible. another bad experience: once I ordered a meal that comes with a koks, they said ok and I moved to the window, it wasn't until after I paid that I said they didn't drink at the moment. Not only koks, but drinks in general. they refused to give me a refund for the drink I paid, and instead told me to ask a certain person next time I came and I would get a drink free. absolutely embarrassing.

Have my order wrong twice, but gave me the food free as well after all

Most pathetic service, for some unknown reason they were not taking the credit cards over the counter, credit card were accepted only on the drive through window. Only cash at the counter. They made me go to the ATM machine for the cash, i was with my kids otherwise I would have not spent a single penny in there. The staff was very courteous, I did go pretty harsh on them but they kept their cool and handled me very professionally. Two thumbs up for them.
