Baskin-robbins - Old Bridge

This place is such a nightmare. Going through the drive thru, you can see dirty machines, people are rude and just walking around doing nothing while there are people lined up. I went at night around 11, so maybe the kids working just didn't care. Maybe better in the daytime when their is a manager on duty.

Great location off of Route 9 South with a drive thru. Praline and cream ice cream with a sugar cone. Pleasant staff and rapid service.

I am the Customer Service Manager at a large chain store so I give everyone at every business a very easy time and every benefit of the doubt. That said, my experience at this Baskin-Robbins was awful. The service was terrible and disorganized, the store was dirty, and was also missing basic products. This is a never again for me. I included a picture of a little of the mess we encountered and this was the least of it.

Employees were very rude laughed at me when I asked them to fix an order improperly filled. Said no manager on location

Out of basic ice creams and always messing up the orders. Gave us the completely wrong thing. Expensive and not worth it. Don't go here
