Costa Sarda - OLBIA

If you want to eat a good pizza, then don't go to Costa Sarda! As with all other restaurants in the area, you need to order the pizzas and wait quiet a bit before collecting them, which we don't mind if the pizzas are worth the wait. But they are not! The dough was really chewy and the sauce was without salt and without flavour. But most of all, the pizzas were undercooked! Normally the crust is supposed to be brown and crusty, but the only crusty and crunchy thing were the RAW vegetables in my vegetarian pizza. Even the cheese wasn't melted as it is supposed to be. Surely we won't be buying there anymore!

Nice for a lunch when everything else is closed. The pizza was good. The crust edges were nice. The center was thin and wet though. I added chili oil and balsamic and salt and oregano and salt to make it more flavorful. This was the most bland pizza yet in Italy. But overall it was good. We ordered caprese salad and it was very good. Small but nice.

Really good service, food was amazing, fresh and quick service. It was the best tiramisu I’ve ever eaten.

Beautiful local in pittulongu, you can stop for an aperitif, have breakfast and more. I often understood to have dinner with pizza, great! what to say, highly recommended!
