My second time in and tried four new treats for the family. This place is the real deal. Say goodbye to Mediocre baked goods when you walk into Yellow Brick Bakery! Everything is SUPERB.

Run, don’t walk, and try these pastries.I’m so impressed with the laminated dough. It is the perfect marriage of flaky and toothsome; which is very hard to achieve. These are pastries worth driving for no matter where you live.

This bakery has the BEST selection of gluten free pastries and orders to cater to those who need GF items (such as pies). The ingredients are fresh and it's hard to find a true made from scratch and locally sourced bakery like this one! Excellent pastries/pies etc!

Drove over an hour and a half as internet states they are open Tuesdays 7AM-6PM. Sitting outside the store right now and they are closed. Call the number they state they closed early due to weather. Temperature has increased significantly since this morning from -2 degree to 11 degrees, roads are all clear, and sun is shining.! Before this establishment make sure you call first to verify they are wanting business. Very disappointing!!!!
