Firehouse Subs Olathe Station

The staff was friendly and friendly. My meal was as good as usual. I'm always looking forward to the food in Firehouse Subs. Besides, I love the decor.

I found it rather frustrating that I ordered two sandwiches, and unfortunately, both were mixed up with other sandwich items. This is the second time this has happened. I enjoy the food, but I prefer to get what I actually ordered rather than a mix of mine and someone else's sandwich. I do want to come back, but I hope that next time my order will be correct, especially considering the cost and the tip. Fingers crossed for a better experience next time!

The last three times I tried to order food here, I was told the wait is 30 minutes. That seems to be waiting for a sandwich for a long time. I've seen them turn customers off with this statement when the lobby barely has customers. I don't think the business is busy with online orders and personal orders. I wouldn't recommend coming here during lunchtime.

A bit annoying I had ordered 2 sandwiches, and unfortunately both sandwiches were mixed with the other sandwiches items, this is unfortunately the second time that this happened. I love fireworks, but I don't want me to order half my and half the other sandwich. I want to come back, but I also want to see what I ordered with 40 issues and a tip. I hope next time?
