Dairy Queen - Okotoks

The manager was curt and rude. I called at 12:50 and was told not to call a fast food restaurant at noon and to hang up. The manager would explain that their reviews are 2/5. It's important to understand that customer service is crucial in today's world.

Whenever I go to this drive-thru, it is always extremely slow. I had to wait for 30 minutes just to place my order! And then it took another 10 minutes to receive the 2 mini blizzards I had ordered.

I tried to order an ice cream at the drive-thru of this restaurant. The menu board listed three prices with no sizes indicated. The female operator asked if I wanted the size of the small or small. I was confused and repeated the lowest price, but she said that was the size for a child. I found the attitude of the female staff (perhaps the manager or owner) to be presumptuous. There were too many questions for a simple order. I suggested that the menu board should be more accurate, but she insisted it would be more confusing for customers.

I had a disgusting burger of this DQ, obviously with a smoking hot bungalow and a luke warm gum-like burger that tasted as if it had been all day before I was the unfortunate customer to make it on my... This DQ sucks... go to the one in High River 10X better...

This is not the best Dairy Queen. Very chinsy with the food. Bought a Mushroom Grill Burger. Maybe 3 pieces of mushrooms. Friends had ice cream. 2 or 3 peices of pinapple on her sundae. The other had fudge, if you could call it that....Seems to be the same the few times we have gone.
