Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Okolona

I visited this restaurant on 8-8-24 and went through the drive-thru around 3:45 pm. The person working the drive-thru lacked proper customer service skills and was quite rude. She continued to talk non-stop without letting me place my order. I decided to leave without making a purchase and went to another fast food place instead. I doubt I will be coming back to this restaurant in the future.

We waited for 15 minutes at the counter to place our order while everyone else was also standing around on their cell phones, not doing anything.

This is the worst Dairy Queen in Louisville. They can't seem to get anything right and they are terrible at making the items they offer. I ordered a Brownie Batter Blizzard, but it only had 4 small brownie bits and a minimal amount of batter. They need to fire everyone and start over.

Yesterday, July 16, I went to pick up an Uber Eat order and the lady who was serving me treated me in a bad way to give me an answer. It is not the first time I have gone and I have noticed the delay and as if they were angry about the work they should improve customer service and driver
