The Pizza Shop - Oklahoma City

The server's name on the receipt read Gary. He was not friendly at all. There was no hello or any kind of welcome greeting. I felt like I was more of a nuisance than a valued customer. He was very chatty and nice with the woman in the drive-thru, but barely acknowledged me as I stood there waiting. The pizza was delicious, but with such poor customer service, I will not be returning to this location to spend my money.

We have been loyal patrons of the Pizza Shop for over a year, enjoying prompt service and delicious food up until our recent visit. After placing an order by phone, we arrived to pick it up only to find that it had not been entered into the system. It was discovered that a new employee in training had neglected to input our order, resulting in a significant delay. Despite our inconvenience, we were not offered any compensation or apologies by the manager, Faith, who was dismissive and unapologetic throughout our interaction. The pizza and wings we eventually received were disappointing in quality, further souring our experience. Despite being long-time customers, we may reconsider returning due to the lack of professionalism exhibited by Faith. The overall service was subpar, and we were left feeling underwhelmed and unappreciated.

I must say, this is one of the top spots to grab some pizza. And the price is great too! I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the pizza tasted - the ingredients were fresh, not from a can. The cheese on the pizza looked and tasted just like the commercials, all melty and gooey. Even the pineapple tasted fresh! Well done, guys!

Ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch the Cups and Cream. First time going here both pizzas were amazing! Both of my kids said they were way better than the other places. We will definitely be going back for more

The pizza was really, really good! Especially the jalapeño popper pizza. We had a little mess up from ordering through slice but the guy was so nice about it and made it for me while I waited. I will definitely be returning!
