Nestled in a small business in the peasant market district you will find the best place in Downtown OKC for vegans and gluten free options. I have the BBQ Mac made with a soy protein. No, it's not just like a meat BBQ, but it has a big BBQ taste everything it is. This is also one of the best places for treats. I have the pumpkin cookie sandwich. It's pretty big, so save space. Best vegan food in the world or at least my wife says it is the best vegan food she ever had (and I can only agree with her). On a road trip we stopped at a hotel in Oaklahoma City and I started to find out what to eat for dinner. I found The Loaded Bowl, studied the menu and was pleased to see that they could deliver to our hotel. We ordered the Chicken Melt and a Bacon Cheeseburger Wrap. The pack comes with one side of Cashew-Mac and cheese. Both articles were great! In addition, the meal arrived before schedule when it was left at our hotel room door in about 20 minutes! The food is so good that I could just go to Oaklahoma City!

I made a trip while I went through town on a road trip. Often plant-based restaurants under season their food, but the flavors were delicious. Portions were big, I was full before I had eaten 1/3 of my food. Nice people, easy to find location. Very recommended!

Decided to give The Loaded Bowl a try after searching for vegan restaurants in OKC. It was easy to get to. The restaurant 's vibe was laid back charming. My server was very helpful suggested the Mac Cheese as my first dish from there. She was right. I ordered the BBC Mac Cheese, which came with BBC chicken , delicious Mac cheese all garnished with green onions. It was delicious. I ordered a regular size still couldn 't finish it though I wanted to. The only complaint was the BBC sauce, but that 's more a matter of my preference. I partnered it with a Ginger Brew finished it off with a chocolate chip cookie. The entire menu is vegan, so it 's all guilt free. I will definitely be returning anytime I 'm in OKC. Highly recommend.
