Taco Bell - Oklahoma City

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through, and when I got up to order I was told that only Uber Eats and Door dash orders were allowed.I've never seen that before.

Everytime I'm there they always for get something i ordered a 12 count of cinnamon delights and of course I didn't get them. Hopefully I have my receipt to get them tomorrow if not I'm out of 6 bucks. I don't see how hard it is to get orders right.

Wish I could leave less of a star. Don't bother ordering any breakfast, apparently it takes half an hour to make piddly little scrambled eggs and they're utterly incapable of delivering a breakfast order even anytime close to 11. So glad for them that they can just get away with not doing their jobs all day.

Service is bad and been closing at weird times. The food seems to be made withess than it should have in it. And they seem to be missing large cups alot.

I am extremely disappointed right now. After a long day at work, I decided to grab some food to-go and found that my bag of nacho chips was almost empty. I initially thought the chips had spilled in the bag due to how few there were, but it turns out I was given a bag with maybe 4 chips in it. Additionally, I ordered a chalupa expecting a fried dish, but received a gordita instead, which comes in a non-fried dish. I was even more confused because they don't even offer gorditas on the menu. The menu clearly shows the shell being fried, yet this mistake was made. This experience reminded me why I stopped eating at Taco Bell. To make matters worse, I received a beef chalupa instead of steak, which is the standard protein for this item in the combo. Overall, this experience was disappointing and frustrating.
