Republic Gastropub Classen Curve

We visited on the 4th of July weekend, and it was surprisingly quiet during our visit. The food was delicious, as always, and the service was excellent! We will definitely be returning.

The decor and ambiance of this restaurant are distinctly modern and unique. They offer an extensive selection of beers, far too many to list. For sports enthusiasts, there are plenty of TV screens to enjoy the games. The menu may be brief, but it's elegant and appealing. We particularly enjoyed the bacon-wrapped meatloaf and the fish and chips. Our server was extremely helpful in recommending different beers for us to try; in retrospect, we should have opted for flights to sample more. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. We can't wait to return!

The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and it's a fantastic spot to unwind after work or enjoy lunch or dinner with a date. It consistently exceeds expectations! It can get quite busy during peak hours, so be sure to make a reservation!
