Great place for a quick bite and good is always good

I ordered a half steak and cheese sandwich and tomato soup the sandwich was good but didn't have very much meat at all on it so disappointed with that! The soup was good as usual so just ok this time not great

Love panera and for the greatest part I love eating. it is sometimes hit on the salad or miss. sometimes the salad tastes strange. as it is. I would say 70 % of the time that my order is wrong on one or other wise at this place. it's like I asked for a apple and got a baguette. or they forget a side part, or have no cheese on a samdwich, etc. removed or added. I order and often pick me up because it is close to work and it is really disappointing if I am back to work and my order is wrong. I'm trying to check it before I go, but I don't destroy any sandwich on the parking lot to make sure it's done right and, should I really double check to make sure I get the right items?
