Mcdonald's - Oklahoma City

From the moment we entered McDonald's, the staff seemed to have an issue with my children sitting and behaving. My daughter was even asked to leave her wallet unsupervised in the restroom. We arrived on January 27th and a worker took a picture of my children for no apparent reason. Despite pretending to clean tables, they refused to clean our table. When we were told we had to buy something, we were fine with that. But then our order was refused and the police were called on us. The only reason given was that they did not want us there. Why does an establishment in 2023 in America have the right to refuse service without any valid reason? The police officer's response was dismissive, telling us to leave if we were not wanted there. This is the reality of being black in OKC. Color still matters, despite what some may say.

Whenever I order from the McDonald's app, I always end up disappointed. I ordered 4 sandwiches and only received two sauce packets. This happens every time and it's getting old. What's the deal with only giving two sauce packets? Seriously.

I visit this restaurant almost every other morning. Today, when I spoke to the lady at the first drive-thru window, I mentioned that I could hardly hear her through the intercom. She cleaned the sliding window while I was still talking to her. When I reached the second window, the girl rolled her eyes at me. It was 5:30 am and I was just trying to help by letting them know to turn up the volume on the intercom. I received a rude look from the lady when I first arrived.

Be careful, this is the second time that my niece was with McDonald's and that is what she has received
