McDonald's - Oklahoma City

I like the new look, but you really don't know where to order or wait. Unless you've been here before. You have several kiosks where you place your order and choose table service, or take out. I paid with my card, not sure how it would work if I paid money. Or you can choose to stand at the counter where you would normally order) and wait. They're fast and nice.

Take 30 minutes. No one was told to park in the stops. After the 30 minutes, my food was pushed onto me without eye contact, no smile....not sad about it or even a thank you. And of course the order was wrong after he came home. Most McDonald 's are great, but this one has problems.

I don't know what happened here. This place is usually decent. A friend and I ordered breakfast in the drive, 4 egg McMuffins, 2 hash browns and 2 ice coffees. The woman seemed to have some trouble with American English, but repeated the order again twice correctly. When she reached the window, she told us the order with the wrong sandwiches. I corrected the order and it then repeated the entire order correctly. The manager was in the background that counted money on one of the freezers in full view of the window. When we reached the second window, we only gave a drink. After my receipt, we were only charged for a drink. I told the woman in the second window that we had asked for 2 drinks and it had been repeated three times. She said she had no register and there was nothing she could do. We drove around and sat back in the breakfast street. We told the same woman as before that she had charged us wrongly and she missed a drink. She told us to move forward. When we raised the manager, she was in the register and stood behind him. He left and opened the window. She charged us for the ice cream coffee, but when we asked for the manager, she refused. We paid the drink and asked for another straw. (The straw for the first drink was put in the bag and broken. We moved to the next window. Another woman opened the window and gave us a straw while she rolled the eyes. Then we brought the second drink and she closed the window immediately after she had given us the drink while we had asked for the manager. The food itself was not hot and hardly warm enough to melt the cheese. After the second time in the breakfast line it was barely warmer than room temperature. Again, terrible service and lack of food. There are many Mc Donald's, I suggest choosing another one.

I ordered a simple number 3 large with a ice cream cone, they had me pull forward where I waited for 10 minutes. Recipe ed a melting ice cream cone and they only half way filled my frys..... Why did I wait longer to get worse?Food: 4/5

You guys need to get your stuff together. Unprofessional. Whose business you running to the ground like that? They paying you to work yet you still rude for no reason no one asked you to get that job but I’m using the money I make at my job to get the food giving it to the company you work for so make it right or go work somewhere else. Taking advantage! Kids eat here. Won’t care until it’s your own! I hate McDonald’s now they don’t care about no body and god forbid you order in the lobby. You get yelled at like you at your mamass house
