McDonald's - Oklahoma City

They refused to shut the door when the restaurant is already closed. So waste riders time and cost customers money. So many customers are unable to get their food that ordered tordash or ubereats. Should be a great lawsuit against McDonalds or any company that refuses to turn off the delivery when they are closed. As soon as I stuttered the order, another order immediately appeared on these McDonald's. You have to turn off the DAM! I worked with food delivery to Domino's before I did door lock and Ubereats and the management could shut down the delivery if needed. So please don't tell me it's Doordashe's fault because Doordash tells me you have control of what's being sent to us driver. They only make excuses because they don't want to deal with it by being lazy.

I didn't get what I ordered. After 10 minutes waiting, not being helped, st the counter and said to use the kiosk and confirm what I ordered. It was still wrong. Food: 1/5

Just an absolutely terrible example of a fast service restaurant. We placed an order online and were locked in line for almost 30 minutes. When we tried to get our money back for the order, they left the phone for about 10 seconds still, then hanged the first time, immediately suspended, the second time, and did not take the third of 4. I'd like our money back. Although I expect a good response to short staff.

All about this place please go to any other McDonald in OKC, but this one. My whole family was poisoned by those people who prefer to keep their mouth shut than make decent food. You need new employees for a while and I'm sure the franchise is on the head. Food: 1/5

There are 12 people working in the back there is no one in the lobby and it took five minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I have a Uber eats picking up for a customer they told he that it would take fifteen to twenty minutes to make there drink because they are cleaning it. When I stepped away from the counter to call the customer no one came back to check on me to see weather or not they still wanted the drink. You can get cheap food anywhere my suggestion would be to go to a different location
