Ihop - Oklahoma City

I visited this restaurant in Oklahoma City around 8 PM on January 29, 2022, as I was looking for a quick bite. The staff who attended to me were all incredibly kind and friendly, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. Although I don't remember their names, I left a generous tip and definitely plan to return. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the burger and the wonderful hot chocolate. I had never tried hot chocolate at IHOP before, but I wish I could have had a larger cup! Kudos to the wonderful waitress and manager for their great service.

Our waitress wasn't overly eager to introduce herself, which wasn’t rude but did lack the warmth of good customer service. The food was bland and could have used more salt and pepper. I also noticed that they no longer offer syrup on the table; instead, they serve a watered-down version that's not as thick or rich as it used to be.

My daughters really enjoyed their meals. The eggs were well-boiled, but the French toast didn't meet our expectations. There was also no music playing. Overall, I would rate the food as 2 out of 5.

We were a little worried about this place based on the reviews, but the food was good. Hot and everything was right. The waiting staff was not exactly super, but nice enough, and our food arrived on time and refilled drinks.

IHOP no I-40 and Meridian OKCWorst Service ever, restaurant was practically empty 10 minutes to sit 15 minutes to a waitress a half hour later turns out that order was not placed, 45min. later total time get meal incomplete OHNE hash brews, when received were much under cooked asking that they be cooked more, meal got old waiting for hash brews never get. I'm not one to ask for meals to be Compton stuff, doesn't go right, but if everything they do is to say, but we'll just take it out of your bill. I will never return there again
