Hit Meal Prep - Oklahoma City

We?ve tried a few meal prep services in Moore and Norman, have not found that we really liked and felt that we have our money?s so far.... The portion sizes are accurate to 4 and 6 ounces. The menu changes weekly with some stacking elements that are continuous. The food is delicious and relatively good compared to other meals prep services. We have already placed an order for next week. It is so nice to have a healthy dinner available for the M-F family and in a decent hour.

Met the owner through work and saw he is a great guy. I have been meaning to start a weight control journey, and finally met with Jason. I will be placing my first order on Wednesday so I can pick it up on Sunday. Excited to start this!

Delicious, nutritious food cooked far better than I could for a very reasonable price. Worth every penny to not have to spend my weekends prepping my own meals. My favorites are the Baja chicken burrito bowl, chicken Caesar salad, SW chicken salad, chipotle chicken bowl and any of the chickens...the pulled pork is also really good.
