Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I found the fries to be extremely hard, and my Dr. Pepper arrived in the wrong size with an unpleasant taste—I took a sip and almost got sick. The burger was overly salty. I've enjoyed Freddy's in the past, but this experience will likely be my last visit.

Awful experience, absolutely terrible. The service was the worst I've encountered. I waited in the lobby for my order, only to find it sitting there getting cold—completely untouched. I had to ask if it was mine! And to top it off, they didn't even get my order right. For the price I'm paying for fast food, I expect at least a correct order. I won't be returning.

Freddies managed to get one of my ice cream orders right, but they mistakenly made two of the same flavor instead of the correct third one. So, I’m giving them two stars for the one item they got right. The driver, however, was fantastic.
