The sandwiches here are tasty, but there's a major issue with the online ordering process. If you place an order online and arrive 20 minutes later, it seems like your order still isn’t ready because they prioritize walk-in customers who just arrived. This is frustrating, especially since I placed my order first and expected it to be prepared accordingly. It's a real waste of my lunch break, especially considering I waited 30 minutes after placing my online order, and there was another online order ahead of mine that was placed 15 minutes ago.

The food here is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of tasty subs to choose from. I encountered an issue with a takeout order, but the manager, Michelle, quickly addressed it and ensured that I was happy and satisfied. The customer service is exceptional! I will definitely be returning frequently!

Very very customer oriented. I'll start by saying their dedication to a good customer experience is truly magnificent. The management team is focused on ensuring you have a good experience from the food to the service. Truly awesome food and great atmosphere. If you have any issue don't hesitate to bring to their attention as they will be sure to adress it accordingly and make it right. We had a rough experience one time and I'm blown away by the action they took to correct it and ensure it did not happen again. This is for sure one of our favorite eating spots on this side of town and service as well as quality of this caliber are rare around here. Two thumbs up guys keep it up!!!
