Dunkin' - Oklahoma City

I asked for a mocha latte w/ almond milk and extra swirls and my coffee was given to me completely a different drink, I asked for the drink to be fixed and honestly it’s the same drink w regular milk and just a plain latte with a shot of mocha at the bottom of the cup. like ok

We always have a wonderful experience whenever we visit Dunkin.

I visited this restaurant after dinner up the street, and my daughters really enjoyed the exceptional service we received. In fact, while I stepped away to settle the bill, my pumpkin cheesecake ice cream mysteriously disappeared! My daughters insist that I wasn’t eating it when I left the table — those little sneaks! The staff also had us try their "breakfast in bed" flavor, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here. The staff engaged with my daughters, and they had a great time. We will definitely come back when we're in the area! Best, Bryan, Yukon, Oklahoma.

I tried something new it was a Brown Butter Toffee Latte... What a delicious surprise. I got hot, next one will be cold. Either way This my new favorite. Service was Fantastic as usual.

The food at Dunkin is ALWAYS great no matter which location I go to! I love the Dunkin Rewards app. However, the atmosphere and service at this specific location on NW 23rd was LOUSY!! I've been here 4 times now because it's right down the street from my home in the Paseo, and the service is consistently awful! Much of the staff acts as if they hate their jobs. They don't say Thank you or smile, even when I say thank you and smile at them. It's a very sad atmosphere! I'll go back to my 39th Expressway location near Meridian.
