Dunkin' - Oklahoma City

I ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese , a box of munchkins, and a cold Cold Brew. The food is always great.

My coffee came to me EXTREMELY watery. even tho I ask for extra everything expecting it to come not that favored. and it just still seemed to be that way. then my vanilla chia was really funny, perhaps the syrup is old? Im not sure but it tasted very very strange.

Frozen chocolate was unavailable again. Item was refunded and picked up by dasher before they notified us, and we were not given the option to replace the item with something else.

Ordered this about three times and it never disappoints!

The old Indian man with Goatee, who worked at the counter this morning 12/8/22, began to scratch his ear right in front of me, he coughed several times without covering his mouth, one of which coughed over the donuts when he got it, his fingernails were not manicured. He knows BETTER, his age, he knows. He could and should have put his head down and cover his mouth with his upper arm, I would remove the cough versus unethical inappropriate food service practices. Very disappointing, I tortured my order because I didn't think to only happen when I experienced his lack of high comfort unprofessionality.
