Contribuiți la feedbackIt was a very long wait to be seated and they were not that busy. I thought maybe they are just short staffed I'll just sit in the bar area. My waitress was super friendly, clean, and made sure everything was good. I got an ice tea there was some kind ifsticky film on my cup. Thought okay I've worked in restaurants it's probably just not getting dried completely before puttingaway. Order some wings and Bleu cheese...there was something green and gooey that looked like a booger in my blue cheese. Shereplaced it. Then I started looking around....they didn't wipe down the table in front of me when they removed the dishes,window sills were so nasty THEN THEN!! I noticed that the high chairs that people were using had all kinds of nasty on them! Iwatched 3 different people put them away without wiping them down. The metal chairs looked like they haven't been wiped down inyears! Greasy finger prints on allll of them. Bar stools have so much dust and food on the sides of the table too! Then thetablet they wanted me to pay with was so gross i paid in cash. I left without finishing my food or drink. I have pictures too ofthe nastiness!
Wait staff was great! Food was below average. The fries were hard and seemed to be sitting out for awhile. For context it was 8:30 PM. We ended up sending the fries back and not having to pay for them. 4 stars for the waitstaff listening to the problemand offering an apology and solution.
We had a terrible experience! They forgot several things and brought out our kid?s meals first and ours were nowhere to be found. Our young children were done eating and ready to go. We still hadn?t received my husband?s tea or our starter salad. Wehad to walk around to find someone to find out what was going on. They apologized and said they would change us for what weconsumed once we said we couldn?t keep waiting on our entrees. I realized I still spent over $30 for terrible service and myhusband and I didn?t have meals. I spoke with the manager who assured me that he would take care of the bill I paid while myhusband was taking my crying baby do the car. I have checked my credit card more than once and I have never been credited backanything. I will not be going back!! They credited us back in full for the service we had!
Unfortunately this location has gone downhill. Our waitress was new but she was really sweet and the guy helping her was sweet. The food took extremely long to come out. I mean really long. When the appetizers arrived we got a stack of plates looks likestraight out the dishwasher and the top plate was clean and the rest dirty. I told them no big deal no need to bring others.Waited a while for the food to come out and it was good. Appetizers good. Margarita of the month good. Really not a horribleexperience but as I went to leave I wanted to drink my glass of water and when I went to put my straw in there were lemon seedsat the bottom of the glass. WOW! no I didn?t ask for lemon. The time before this I came and they were out of just abouteverything from the kids menu to full menu. Waiter apologized and could tell he had been running ragged that night. Again longwait for food to come out. I have loved Chili?s forever but this isn?t the Chili?s I remember and I hate COVID probably plays arole in this. Short staff and new can only do so much. So not a horrible experience but not the Chili?s experience you want tohave. Even if it?s not a 5 star restaurant.
Had a really nice time here again. Our servers are always polite and attentive and our food has always been delicious. It's clean, friendly staff, great vibe and atmosphere, plenty of parking, handicap accessible. It's just a really nice place to takeyour family out for dinner.
